The Pablo Perez Project is a twelve piece band- two trumpets, one trombone, baritone sax, conga, timbales, bongo, piano, bass, two background vocals & lead singer. Led by Pablo an explosive percussionist, composer, and on the latest recording Executive Producer, the band lights up the dance floor with its peppy, straight-up Puerto Rican/Afro Cuban influenced rhythms that make you want to dance all night! The Pablo Perez Project (formerly known as Orquesta Yanes) originated in New Jersey circa 1985 and has performed throughout the northeast coast of the United States (New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Washington D.C., Virginia). The band toured throughout Europe and Puerto Rico during 1993 through 1999. Pablo and the band have opened for a myriad of allstar salsero?s in some of the best clubs, dancehalls, and concerts around the world.
